well im home, just got back to the goldy after 3 days of flying home….L.A to Chicago to Brazil to Chile to New Zealand to Sydney to Goldcoast…. so it 4 in the morning right now and in bug eyed….so here is my latest update.

Hawaii was really fun this year, my wife gabi came over, we were lucky enough to get in the billa house for the first month we were there, then after that a family i know hooked us up with accom and a little bmw to drive around in, so yeah the north shore wasnt to hard this year!!!…as for waves, alot of good off the wall days, dug the river out 1 time….but never really got big, about 1000 people on it, but it was a fun day….the contest was really good, in the dk i finally made my first heat, i got a good backdoor barrel on my first wave with a 9.5…so after that i was stoked, i scrapped through my semi, then had a shocker in the final!!!!….no excuses, just waited to long for waves that never came…..but hardy win was insane, couldnt have gone to a better guy.

headed up to cali after that for a few days, stayed with good freind lil todd, hes now killing it in the photo/surf industry, working for surfer magazine, hopfully he takes as much as he can out of those guys hey!!!! after seeing some of his latest stuff id have to ay he the most creative photog ive seen lately…one talented kid. also got together with Roach and Manny Vargas, for this tv show and internet gig manny has going on, bodyboardinglive every tuesdays nights in cali, it was good to hang out with roach, the guy is a huge inspiration….and manny is a down right legend.

then did the tourist thing, and wnt to seaworld in sandiego, was insane!!!!! but the whales drenched us in water and allmost killed all my camera gear!! hha fark!
so now back on the goldy, and ready to get some waves, fingers crossed
