Firstly welcome to the team Dallas!

To finally be in the position to actually represent the store is something im really proud of.

What made you want to become a part of the BSC team?

I just loved the concept of being part of such a established team of riders connected to such a core retail store. Feels like to me that BSC is the store which i can get anything i want in bodyboarding, from my Dallas 38′ PP Model to the Limited edition Blueprint models that hit the shelves last week! haha, (shameless self-promotion).

BSC’s team hosts some of the worlds greatest talents, how do you hope to fit in with such a fine group of riders?

Firstly my skills on a lid, but more importantly my boyish good looks could be something that the team might not a take liking too. I hope eventually they’ll see past that and take me under their wing as the newest adopted family member.

What are your plans for 08?

Well, a big priority is being a top seeded rider in all this year’s IBA events - im looking at a strong finish in the end of year rankings which means bliztin’ the pipe comp in Feb also. I also really want to create a functional move that groms will be winning heats with 10 years from now but that could be more of a work in progress - it’s already coming to life sorta, and i’ve already got names planned out, kinda like a first child, hahah.

Well Dallas you seem like one of the best, most exciting riders we’ve seen in many years, stoked to have you aboard. Any last words before this interview gets sent out to the bodyboarding media moguls?

Yeah, looking forward to repin BSC in and out of the water. yeow!!

IBA/USBA Pipeline Pro 08

The USBA 2008 Tour Proudly Announces that Pipeline will be the first event on the 08 tour for the Men’s Pro Division. The IBA has worked out an agreement to dual sanction this event to bring the USBA riders a chance to compete at the worlds best wave to kick off their 08 season. Jason Bitzer (USBA Founder) has said that this is a huge opportunity the USBA Pro riders have in frount of them, Pipe is where pro careers are born and this is the next level USBA riders need to take to be able to compete on the IBA World Tour.

The event for the first time has also been sponsored solely by large Bodyboard industry players making this event a historical event as Bodyboarding is know able to grown & develop events from it’s own industries efforts.
