The latest installment from the Waldron Brothers premiered first at our Narrabeen store on friday night, then at our Gold Coast store last night and the whole event was a huge success. Over 80 spectators came down to the free open air premiere on the Goldy and met the whole TNI team who were busy with marker pens signing the night away. The movie itself was a big hit, with many saying it was the Waldron’s best effort yet! There’s No I is now available in our online store - click the link on the right to check it out.

The TNI crew and anyone who was up for it then sampled the Gold Coast night life and many of them are rumoured to be nursing some bumping headaches thismorning.

Ben Player has won his second world title after defeating Magno Oliviera in his heat in the final event in Canary’s for 2007..In a earlier heat Mike Stewart was a also knocked out of the event.

He was pushed all the way by Magno Oliveria (BRZ) in the first heat of the day in glassy 3 footers at El Confital.
Ben lead the heat early but Magno flipped his way into the lead at the half way mark and the pressure started mounting on Benny.
But like a true champion he managed a deep tube in the final five minutes to secure a spot in the Man on Man quarters and win the World Championship all in one.

The much anticipated showdown for the coveted men’s world title between Ben Player and Amaury Laverhne at Pipe is now going to take place at the break of El Confital in the Canary Islands. Due to the suspension of the Pipe event, it looks as if this will be the final stop on the 2007 tour. Ben and Amaury have been staying and surfing together in the Canaries - they know eachothers moves and style intimately which will make for a blistering finale to the contest. The setup at El Confital.

Bodyboarding once again gets the short end of the stick. The usual  January Pipe dates have been given to the standups for their Backdoor shootout. Around the 17th to 24th  February is now the dates for the bodyboard event. Rumour is the  Pipe event will now be the start of 2008 World Tour…how lame  for Benny Player and Amuary..the final event now is Canary Islands which is on right now….Unfortunately the tour without a Pipe showdown  will go down in history as another year the sport went to sleep - NFaus
